It is always a great endorsement for an estate agency to have a former tenant come back to us as a landlord to have their own properties managed. Currently, just over ten percent of our landlord clients were at one time, tenants of Intralet. Thank you for providing this review, which overall, is very positive. Intralet has been managing the property in question for several years and I note from our records that prior to this particular matter arising, there had been no previous issues with damp or mould. On receiving this report, it was therefore our first thought that the problem could have been the result of inadequate ventilation, this being the direct cause of almost 100% of such problems.
