Un helpful, if you have a problem with your land lord they say its nothing to do with them. Also you will have problems getting your deposit back....

we were employed by the landlords of this property to find a tenant only. It was managed solely by the landlord. If we were on full management we would always negotiate between both parties. As we were not managing agents we did not hold the bond, this was held by the landlords so we could have no influence on when this would be returned. ...
