Unfortunately on some occasions where we are asked to fix something at a property, we cannot always authorise the work to be competed straight away when the case is not considered urgent. In this case where there was a dripping tap, we had to obtain the landlords permission to carry out the repair, this can sometimes take time depending on the landlord and how quickly they agree to the repair. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should honour what they agreed in writing. As they requested I move early in the first place. Also my house inspections were always good and I left the property in good order I was a good tenant and should be treated as such. Unfair treatment will only result in loss of further business from myself and any acquaintances of mine
