Fulfilled maintenance obligations as outlined in contract and responded to requests to fix faulty items by tenant. Acknowledged own responsibilities when conducting return of deposit.

This lady came in and did not introduce herself or clarify who she was. It emerged that she was the girlfriend of a tenant and was not a permitted occupier at the property. She had been staying there without the landlord's permission, (I found this out on making a call to the landlord). The landlord was unaware she was coming into the office so i was unable to deal with her request. She was adament she should be allowed onto the agreement and other tenants were to be removed.
