Mr Baran (Maz) arranged to view this property on two separate occasions. On the first, on 26th November, the viewing was confirmed within 21 minutes of the original call and the second, on 14th December, was confirmed within 29 minutes. Our system log shows that both were immediately followed by a confirmation email that confirmed the full property address, including the door number. What agent could do to change your mind?
When asked if they could contact the vendor and call me back the response was "I suppose I could call you back". This type of response just gets people's backs up. Problems that are happening are not emoov's fault but their reluctance to help is so annoying, it's not like we are on the phone all the time we just want to be informed.
