Thank you for your comments. They are very fair in highlighting that our office team have been helpful and efficient and that the level of customer care provided to you has been high. But the assessor that dealt with your EPC specifically, has let us down in this instance. This is rare, given that we carry out some 1500 EPCs each year. I’m disappointed to learn that Mr Clayton was not 100% happy with our service. Whilst I’m delighted that he sold his home successfully and saved a significant sum, our approach is to benefit not just the wallet but sentiment too. Firstly, the offers you secured for us were laughable at around £260k - way under the property's realistic market value. Again, untrue that my brother or I could not accommodate 2 viewings - you cancelled two viewings (at the viewer’s request) and didn't rearrange. We would never have refused the opportunity of a viewing as we were very keen to sell.
