Fees were set at the outset which is a great relief to know you have already paid and there are no hidden fees. I had quotes from traditional estate agents which were ridiculous for the sale price of the property. Emoov were around a third of the price of traditional estate agents and provided a very good service. I found traditional estate agents were difficult to engage, particularly on their price for selling a flat. Emoov set out the fees clearly and ensure you can pay them much quicker. One less worry in the sales process.

Loved the fact the fee was upfront and we knew what it was costing us. Prices are clearly laid out and you can tailor your package - even better you can do this through the life of the sale. You don't need to make your mind up straight away. We went for the basic package, but were able to add in items like sales boards, or amend or listing at any time. It was never an issue, or too much trouble and the cost is straight forward. The service you get for the fees is exceptional, and you deal with real people every step of the way.

Under ‚£400.00 for a service that was (is) second to none. If you want to pay ‚£2,000, ‚£4,000 and more to sell your property :-( then use a high street estate agent. If you want to sell your property faster and save BIG bucks you need to use eMoov.

The fees were the biggest attraction to me but I would definitely go for a more conventional sales method next time where there is an incentive in selling the property for the agent. Emoov didn't care once they had received our money. This is how it felt to us anyway.

I'm disappointed that Nick has taken issue with our service. It's our absolute priority to deliver a great experience. We introduced 13 viewers in total and it seems that there were four that cancelled or simply did not show up. This is always frustrating for both seller and agent. It is categorically the case that ALL enquiries received are responded to whether by telephone or email. Of course some do not subsequently respond to us unfortunately.
