I paid for a for sale sign to be erected but it never materialised as we sold the house twice very quickly. Your details stated 5 days for a for sale sign from order but when I chased it I was told it was 7 days . Perhaps you should change the 5 day wording if it's not going to be that?

Under ‚£500 - exceptional value when 2 local agents both wanted 1.5% of the value of my sale, which would have been well over ‚£2k. Fixed fees for selling and buying my new home using eMoov's conveyancing too meant that everything cost me under ‚£2k, saving me thousands of pounds.

We thought it was risky trying an internet estate agent and eMoov's fees seem too good to be true, but we are so glad we did. Their fees are what all estate agents should be charging and show that it can be done. They make you wonder exactly what and why high street estate agents charge thousands of pounds for.
