They will succeed if they do not charge for add ons at every turn. The for sale sign is paramount and was included. Other companies make you pay. Keep it cheap, clear and concise. Do not become the Ryan Air of the on line estate agents! A higher price could probably have been achieved but I do not believe in gazumping and was happy to achieve the asking price.

This is the best bit! I had one agent out - from an upmarket national - whose minimum fee was ‚£7500 plus vat - so a total of ‚£9000 - Emoov sold it for ‚£650 - ermm - don't need to think that long about that one! Blooming great! To be honest I had doubts about the national chain as they were a bit too superior about it all.

Fees were incredible and I would never use a high street estate agent again as I would really begrudge paying their high fees for their service (which in my experience is far inferior to that which I received from eMoov!). It was great to pay the fees upfront and there were no hidden surprises.
