We made a substantial saving of just under ‚£6,000 by instructing Emoov. Since the introduction of Rightmove etc. I don't believe the traditional High Street Agents represent value for money and in my experience some of them resort to bullying tactics. In my opinion this will continue for as long as salaries are commission based.

The agent's fees were reasonable in comparison to high street agents. If using Emoov again, I would probably opt for one of the standard balanced options, rather than the 'low cost up-front' plan that we chose this time. The whole team in this office seemed on-the-ball, so we wouldn't see a need for a dedicated account manager in this case.

The fees were extremely reasonable and far less than any other estate agent. In fact, our original buyer pulled out and we sold a second time at no extra cost! Coupled with the excellent customer service, I can't see why anyone would use anybody else to sell!
