After looking around other agents in our area their fees were practically double or triple those of eMoov - one agent even proposed 3% of the 'list price' and tried to hike up the listing price. for the service, dedicated staff and communication the fees have made us extremely happy.

Thanks Trudy, great comments. You've really summed up our approach which is to provide the marketing platform to Rightmove and Zoopla, visit to do photos etc and then to oversee the negotiations and the sale progress to conclusion whilst ensuring that YOU also have control. Enabling, being efficient and communicative whilst not 'getting in the way' as traditional agents tend to. Enjoy spending/saving the £7000 and thanks again for taking the time to post a review. ...
