The only thing was I didn't want to pay the insurance cover when PIE called me they took it. I had told eMoov but don't think this had been passed on and just assumed when I spoke to PIE this was excluded. When they invoiced me I found out I had been charged and they wouldn't refund me.

Exceptional value compared to high street agents. We paid ‚£495 up front (there was a ‚£100 new year's discount on the usual fee). Local agents were quoting 1.25% commission which would have been ‚£2,400.
