I am sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with the service provided by ElliotLeigh.
We take all reported issues seriously and aim to respond to repairs in accordance with our priority repair schedule. We use either trained in house engineers or qualified sub-contractors to rectify issues so i am extremely surprised and disappointed by your comments.

I am sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service especially after being a client of ours for such a long period of time.
The local authority who housed the tenant in your property have been struggling to find another 6 bedroom flat in Tower Hamlets to move the tenants into. We are currently doing all we can to help in relocating the tenant and are working closely with both the local authority, other agencies and other bodies to try and speed the process up.
