Interesting what has been said about requesting inspection reports. We have requested a report at least 3 times by email and have verbally requested over the phone, and this was months ago. There has been no response to emails let alone any report forthcoming. ...

I am sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with the service provided by ElliotLeigh. We take all reported issues seriously and aim to respond to repairs in accordance with our priority repair schedule. We use either trained in house engineers or qualified sub-contractors to rectify issues so i am extremely surprised and disappointed by your comments. I am sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service especially after being a client of ours for such a long period of time. The local authority who housed the tenant in your property have been struggling to find another 6 bedroom flat in Tower Hamlets to move the tenants into. What agent could do to change your mind?
A simply call back to addressed issues raised by landlord and Account and maintenance staff need proper training in customer cares. Issue of deception in adverts should stop as its false representation and all hidden charges should be stated in adverts..

What agent could do to change your mind?
They landlord could first of all listen to the complaint instead of slamming the phone down during the conversation, rudely, they should acknowledge that they are in business due to the landlords therefore show respect . Learn that customers come first.
