I find the response from the agent amusing because it sounds EXACTLY like Elkay. There were months worth of emails reporting things that werent fixed our house too and only when it came to the crunch of renewing did they finally respond to any of them (almost 9 months later). Banana Cupcakes was definitely a tenant of this letting agency. ...
