Paul and Sadie have provided a sterling service for our sale and purchase; they have both been thoroughly helpful at all parts of the process and were always a phone call away. Edward Knight was very competitive on fees, but in our opinion, their greatest strength was bringing the right buyers and sellers together. What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually kept us up to date on any problems, found out the real issue with appliance problems. Consulted both property owners on issues when asked to. Instead of being rude and quoting terms and conditions when there is an issue, try to resolve them like most people in responsible job do.
