We have recently changed Tenants, Eastham's Managed the departure and finding of new tenants, with some maintenance to bring the Flat back up to scratch, in between.

I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience and as the business owner I do take this very seriously.
Unfortunately as my colleague advised we are not the main letting agent for this property but rather act as introducers. In this instance the main agent did advise parking permits and keys would be dropped off once you'd moved in as they hadn't been provided by them in time.
