Dear Tom, A little disappointed to read your comments as you signed our reservation form three weeks prior to moving in which clearly states that there is an administration fee as this was done via email you clearly had a copy for reference. i don't understand why you wrote we were evasive as our fees are transparent and displayed in our office and on our website. ...
