Dear Dalal, so sorry to hear about your negative experience with the short stay provider. I spoke to you on the phone the moment I was informed about this but unfortunately, we were only the broker and the contract was between you and City Marque, we had nothing to do with this and couldn't do anything for you unfortunately. We received no money, it was all paid to City Marque. Again, apologies for the bad experience but Reliable Homes were not at fault. Kind regards, Jakub Orna ...
