Certainly Murray, who is a Fellow of the National Association of Estates Agents (FNAEA) and a Member of the Association of Letting Agents (MARLA), may well have been practicing in the local area longer than most other agents. He celebrates 40 years in the business in April 2013.

His knowledge of the local residential market and its values trends is probably unsurpassed. His experience is definitely something that many could not claim to have. He is well known and respected throughout the area for his integrity and his knowledge of the local residential property market over this period of time. He believes he is now dealing with the 3rd or 4th generation of some families.
The company handles residential sales and lettings, management, commercial, investments and surveying.

The offices are open 6 days a week. Weekdays from 7:30am to 7:00pm, 5 days a week with closing only early on Friday for Shabbat and, of course, Saturday. Out of office hours viewings are also available by appointment. However for weekend viewings the office is open on Sundays from 11am to 4pm. Again appointments outside these times can also be booked

Payment of up to £50 per person if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 1% above Barclays Variable Rate
Payment of up to £100 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

Complaints Procedure

Initially it would be investigated by the Managing Director and we would try and resolve the issue.

We are members of all the trade bodies, TPO, NAEA and ARLA so a report can be made to these.

We also hold Professional Indemnity for any serious claims.

We are always happy to try and mediate the issues to come to a satisfactory solution.
