Dear Dave, We put forward all offers to sellers but do have to take into consideration buyers positions and ultimately it is our seller thats makes a decision on which offer to accept not us. You must also take into consideration other items effecting final sale values such as mortgages, surveys and chains. I dont see how small independant agents will make a difference to this process with the majority of our customers being extremely satisfied with the comunication and service levels ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.
