we have spent the last 7 weeks being misled on the price and how quickly our home would sell after asking for cash buyers we got none only people with mortgage in principle after asking to speak to jacqueline they said if you want to cancel your sale then email them , no mention of £500 but having said earlier that it is a fee to cancel then they put the phone down now left in limbo after they told us to view and make an offer on our next house :( ...
