A fee was agreed beforehand that I was happy with - it was reasonable considering some of the other agents I had over to valuate/estimate were considerably higher. They aren’t the cheapest either but you get what you pay for - value for money.

I was happy with the fee I agreed. I also preferred the fact that there was a seemingly unlimited number of viewings the agents would include in their agreed fee. One price! Simple. I was disappointed with the first draft of the brochure, but the agents couldn't do enough to satisfy my concerns. This was quickly improved upon and issued.
