I have to agree with you here. I'm trying Dexters for the second time (although I'm not holding out high hopes, and I have several back up plans in case things should hit the fan) and Tom Mclarnon was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with when letting the property I am moving out of now. He was 100% a liar and lied about even the littlest things concerning the property, he was rude and disrespectful to the HIGHEST degree and he was just all around a dick.
