Fees seemed high, but I believe they are in accordance with other agencies fees (we are not used to renting in the UK and so were surprised to pay as much as we did in fees).

Just unfortunate that a landlord needs an agency at all really. None of the agents have been particularly straight forward but Dexters have the been the worst by far and massive time wasters. Close doors after viewings please.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
