The above is a generic response they send to every bad review. I asked to speak to the Director of the Richmond branch on several occasions during my terrible dealings with them and was not given details (only on the last day of my dealings with the brach were the Directors details provided). It wasn't until I posted these reviews did anyone bother to contact me and all I heard were excuses. Dexters/Thamesview are absolutely, hands down, the worst agency I have ever dealt with. AVOID! ...

follow up from the above they issue invalid section 21s ie not providing deposit protection scheme information before issuing the section 21 and is used in a response about many outstanding repairs. dating back nearly two years.
