My experience with Deu Estate is poor. I will not recommend them to anyone. Their properties are shabby, surroundings rat infested. They try to extort money from students when they move out, claiming their property was left unclean, when photographic evidence suggests otherwise....

Hello, I have investigated your claims and the tenancy which this is in relation to. As a guarantor of a tenant (your daughter); it seems that you are venting your frustrations due to the large sum of arrears which the tenant left for you to pay. I can see that this review was written shortly after you paid off 3 months of arrears (yesterday) from a tenancy that ended in June. Took our letting fee and when the contract fell through (the property was in a disgusting state when we were due to move in) they kept the fees. Claimed that it wasn't their fault and they wanted nothing to do with it. Not decent people....

Completely agree. UNIPOL do NOT care. They only look after the landlord and take your money. Nothing done to improve the house I moved into - still dog faeces in the carpet, filthy rooms, new fridge not installed, single bed too big to move upstairs. Daren (Deu Estates) saw all this and didn't want to know. He has the gift of the gab, so beware. ...
