Excellent service, only thing to say would be better if DDM schedule a longer viewing time, instead of 20 mins, having said that my purchasers on a second viewing stayed 1.5 hours! Would certainly use DDM again, Callum and Doug were fantastic....

Poor and insufficient communication riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. Very slow to liaise between tenant & landlord. Do not 'manage' the property, as a landlord I visited the property myself to rectify a repair issue while they simply sent a few emails and took their 11%+...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide an efficient service with communication from the agent that comes in a timely manner without landlord initiation. Provide excellent customer service that justifies the management fee. Offer compensation for mistakes or redemtion of some of the fee for incompetencies.
