They advertised the property as having change of use planning permission applied for, but it hadn't. Their Mortgage Adviser conned us into using Santander and when the price came through it was higher than he promised. The 'Welcome Pack' never arrived. Worst of all DDM ...

The problem with the mortgage arose as Santander offered it over a 30 year term rather than the 35 year term orginally quoted, I have now Liased with the client, who is happy with the outcome and has said he will leave it over this term as it will now be paid off 5 years earlier. ...
