In response to your comments, Davis Tate acted on the Landlords instructions to serve notice on the property. We do not serve notice on properties to increase rent and can only act upon instructions from a Landlord and we are not remarketing the property. You are not the tenant and I would clarify that a Check out was carried out by an independent inventory clerk and the findings were not disputed and were agreed and confirmed in writing on the 30th of July.
