A lot of people have commented to me throughout this process about new agent services such as purple bricks. I'm sure these are great and good value, but when an agent is solely responsible for putting a solid chain together quickly and selling our house in 48hrs in order to allow our offer to be taken seriously, we're happy. This should be taken into account when weighing up which services/agents to instruct when buying and selling. We're more than happy that the fees are justified.
