The fees are expensive, but comparable with other local agents ( Davis Tate were slightly cheaper). We particularly liked the transparency relating to works such as electrical, gas or plumbing provision as there is no mark-up. Costs were comparable with our independent quotes, and the invoice is transparent which was very important in our decision to go ahead with this agent.
