Was more expensive than other local firms we got quotes for, but at the same time it felt Davis Tate were prepared to go th extra mile and it was clear what they were prepared to do for the fee (which was less clear in other quotes). Davis Tate were also flexible in reducing the fee from the original quote.

As a tenant I have to say that it is disappointing that Davis Tate haven't taken a lead in ending tenant fees as suggested in the last government autumn statement calling for consultation. But then I would say that wouldn't I!
