As a tenant for about 4 years, I found Peter to be very friendly, and effectively responded to management issues as they arose. That was no mean feat as my Landlord lives in New Zealand!

Extremely unreasonable fees. I also view it as completely unfair to charge the tennant twice for the inventory. It is biased towards the landlord and I look forward to the laws being changed so that agents can no longer rip off their tenants.
