I dealt with David Ball in the 1980’s and being in contact with the owner of the firm the service was, not surprisingly, excellent.
I am very pleased to report that having recently dealt with all three departments at David Ball, lettings, sales and new homes the service and response was excellent and matched the high standard set by the founder of the business.

Permitted Payments
Before the tenancy starts (payable to David Ball Agencies Ltd) "the Agent"
Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent, which will be offset against the deposit at the start of the tenancy
Deposit: 5 weeks rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Payment of up to £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 4%
Payment of £3 - £25, depending on key type, and up to £50 for fob (evidential receipts will be provided for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices)
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
During the tenancy (payable to the provider if permitted and applicable)
Utilities: gas, electricity, water
Communications: telephone and broadband
