David Evans' fees were a little higher than other agents I contacted, but I believe they provided excellent value for money and gave me peace of mind during the sales process by providing regular updates and continually chasing up solicitors.

What agent could do to change your mind?
be honest, hold their hands up and accept they have made a mistake, rather than trying to turn it round on to me. they are no where near perfect so should stop thinking they are - look at the problems they have and work on it - a simple apology goes a long way (although personally am now beyond this point)

Mr 'Notaveryhappytenant' reported his dissatisfaction of David Evans Estate Agents to The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) & also to the Property Ombudsman, as was his prerogative. We are pleased to advise any interested parties that TDS did not uphold this vexatious complaint. All awards made by TDS were made in favour of David Evans Estate Agents & the Landlord - None to the previous tenant. We will update this note with The Property Ombudsman's decision when it becomes known. ...
