I can assure you that full references and credit checks are taken out all ALL tenants prior to moving.
Bi monthly home visits are carried out on all managed properties, however we cannot legislate for a tenant who decides that he / she will leave the property dirty.

Probably the worst letting agents in UK. Very unprofessional and rude approach to the tenants. They took 4 months to fix a broken door handle and 1 month to provide a washing machine. Never again, even I have to pay higher....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
