Useless.
In 1 year:
Moved into filthy flat - apparently "professionally cleaned".
3 months to restore central heating in Winter.
1 month to fix a shower.
4 months to lay a floor resulting in bedroom doors no longer be able to be closed.

Absolutely appalling service. E-mails and calls rarely returned. Their approach is unprofessional. When we looked around the property flat it seemed fine. But it had so many hidden problems. Holes in the walls and rusty, damp windows were hidden. The property had rats, noisy neighbours ...

Hi Jeeves, on the off chance that you might see this and be able to reply... Did they actually take any of your deposit? If so, how much (proportionally) and on what grounds?!?!

Terrible service, lack of professionalism, some of them can be pretty rude (although one is very nice!), and they often make "mistakes" that if not spotted will leave you out of money...
