What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have priced the property realistically. Not seemed surprised when I refused offers over ‚£100k less than the asking price. Let me know when they were showing people round. And not giving the keys to the buyers and their builders without my permission before we exchanged. I was told by neighbours the buyers visited the house several times without the estate agent being with them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
they could have at least bothered at all progressed the whole chain as normal! Managed the first time buyer better - well managed him at all Make better notes stick to what was agreed - treat complaints as serious and make the client feel this complaint will be addressed and that the matters complained about will not happen again
