Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that the claim against your deposit was necessary because the property was returned in poor condition, as evidenced by the check-out report with photos. This required significant cleaning and re-decoration, as well as specialist cleaning for pet hair. I have found Cullen Property a great agency to deal with. Our property manager is very approachable, replies to emails promptly and is always there to take our calls. During the pandemic, our circumstances changed and they agreed to give us a 50% discount on our rent. This has been greatly appreciated and has helped us out immensely. ...
