What agent could do to change your mind?
They needed to follow a professional standards and not tell you one thing but do another. Shouting at a customer is surely something that should put you out of business.

House still on market. Hardly any viewings, house is under their valuation and valuables have gone missing during viewings. Management refusing to do anything about thefts. Still requesting sellers absence during viewings even after theft incident, which is still ongoing....
