What agent could do to change your mind?
More communication during the process. It felt like we were the ones doing the work by always calling up trying to find out a move in date. Also im sure they have been doing this a long time, so picking the landlady that they did seems to be very poor judgement. Its not all about money, its also about customer service. Like i say not a bad agency but not great.

They are not legally aloud to hold back any money if the landlord pulls out, you should receive a full refund. If they refuse to do this go to the Ombudsmen!! ...

I had actually been attracted to cray and norton as letting agents for my property via kevin. - he told me a donation was made from every rental and sale to eco projects and charities... No idea if i was played on this.... I was told by colleagues of his that he'd moved to the "eastbourne office" - so i'm guessing that was a lie... After reading some of the feedback and childish remarks from a so called director it is amazing that this company still exists. I am sure Darren will have yet another childish remark to make about my remark but I find it really strange that not once as a director has he had any empathy and actually apologised for any issues or anxiety caused to his clients. Thanks for your comments Jjtte, Cray & Norton do there best to find tenants suitable properties, unfortunately there were no white goods in this home when you first viewed it. It was the first time we had dealt with this paticular landlord and it is unfortunate that they put in second hand goods and not new. I have just read through Darren's responses on numerous reviews and I do not understand why he keeps mentioning other competitors? Surely all these people aren't agents from competitors? Maybe Cray and Norton is just a terrible business? Instead of passing the blame and assuming other competitors are out to tarnish your name why don't you address the issues that are being raised.
