Comment on agent fees
Walkers have a competitive fee structure which competes with other Beeston agencies. My 'property vacant' time has gone down which is a worse 'fee' for me to pay if there is no income (c10% for one month's vacancy).

What agent could do to change your mind?
Hire staff that actually have a drive and concern for your customers. Better communication and organisation. Remove the blame system they seem to have adopted. Be less financial focused, open their eyes up to the bigger picture.
