I don't mind the money they actually spend. Their actual spend seems completely valid to me. I mind that they charge 20% more than this to owners and pocket the difference. Disgusting.

They charge 75% + VAT and provide no discount even on a 26 room portfolio. This works out an average of ‚£378 inc VAT per room on my portfolio. Another reputable local agent charges a fixed fee of ‚£192 inc VAT providing the same service at half the price.

Rendal and Rittner is the worst managing agent we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. As an tenant of one flat, one would think that he would act professionally and respond professionally and timeously to e-mails. They are rude, sarcastic and dances around issues instead of addressing them, resolving them and moving forward. We are constantly having to chase after Rendall and Rittner for answers and when they does not have them they simply ignores all further correspondence. A constant ...
