Worse is not the word. They are dodgy. My niece rented the flat. They took the money but did not fix issued like no shower, door locks broken stove not working. Broken dishwater, leaking under the kitchen sink and still demanding to be paid on time.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST ...

Although our agent fees are high I believe they are well used. Our building is well maintained. The gardens, the outside of the building, gutters, bins etc are all cleaned like clock work. Recently I spoke to Amanda and she said we have some money over this year and she is looking into using it to have our interior decorated. Cannot fault her efforts
