The portal that I had initially found the advert on was LettingWeb and the portal that the member of staff had mentioned was Citylets so there should have been no problems with this. Either way, neither of the sites stated this information and it is an important detail to be mentioned. With the help of the SafeDeposit Scotland, I am able to get back almost every penny claimed by the Contempo Lettings, Aberdeen. I am got back the entire amount M/s Contempo Letting hd claimed for the breakage in the flat and towards cleaning of the flat. But ofcourse, I could not get back the extra days rent as I had already agreed to pay it to them. I believe, if I had not then I would have get back that too!!
