The tenant is paying the rent - in advance . so address quickly any problems that arise rather than just trying to keep costs down

There is nothing they can do to undo what they have done. They obviously don't care and never will, because they don't care about their customers and the only value they see in their customers is their money. People need to know this obviously.

Communicate clearly
Have a defined process and checklist for what shoud happen, when
Respond to emails
Remember information by making notes instead of asking the same question again and again
Write the correct information on tenancy paperwork and check facts before providing incorrect information
Instead of saying, 'I don't deal with that' after taking our money, provide a nominated point of contact in an appropriate manner and follow through to ensure service is maintained.
