WITHOUT PREJUDICE I no longer work for Connells. HOWEVER, THE ISSUES LISTED APPEAR TO BE PROPERTY MANANGEMENT ISSUES this is a different dept over which I had no control. All complaints were passed to my area manager as is Connells protocol. When the renewal came due the landlord decided to keep the tenants but dis instruct Connells to save the fee. It was the landlord who changed the service to save money, and judging by the condition of the property and his unwillingness to properly deal ...
