Fees were more than any other agent, on average £200. Connells charge £450 but they negotiated the deposit with the landlord who brought it down for us.

Hi Sam, I don't know where to begin. The house in particular I was interested in was a new build on a small development of 10 properties. All were advertised as having 2 parking spaces. Six weeks after placing a reservation fee did I find out it in fact only had one parking space. In fact, 9 of the ten houses came with a single parking space, although all had been advertised with 2. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
