With all due respect- your situation caused the new build owner who took this property in part exchange to give your chain a deadline to complete- this was extended.
Our client Bovis homes instructed Complete and another agent too to remarked the house in question. This was out of our hands. Please direct you complaints to Bovis homes- not at Complete- we never encourage gazumping and certainly argued to them regards it be unethical and unwarranted to pull the rug on a burr so close to an exch ...
