I agreed 1.25% if an offer was over x-amount..... which it was and which I gladly paid. Because our house sold so quickly (within a week), I'm sure there was a lot of work you would not of had to have done, so maybe this could have been reflected in a slight rebate? Maybe I'll speak to Luke about this next time we move...... lol.....

In our case we sold very quickly at the open day so there was little work for the Agent to do. It did seem a lot of money to pay considering in hindsight, it might have still sold very quickly with an online agent. However we did require quite a lot of support negotiating difficulties to push the sale through, after the offer.
